Tecnofar Needles is an Italian excellence projected into the future, with an outlook on
sustainability and constant technological research. We believe in innovation and for more than 40 years we have guaranteed products and systems of the highest quality, starting from the individual project requirements. Our commitment to research, development and quality control is essential and enables us to renew our promise of 'quality first' on a daily basis.

In 1982, we founded the company Inoxan S.r.l., responsible for the production of hypodermic needle cannulas, thus offering a natural outlet for the parent company’s capillary cannula manufacturing.

In 2000, we incorporated the company Inoxan S.r.l. into our organisation and undertook the launch of a new industrial project: the production of dental anaesthetic needles that
Tecnofar Needles, thanks to an innovative plant, manufactures from start to finish, from production
to storage, so that it is ready to reach the final recipient: dental practices.

Quality is achieved through our entire team’s dedication to customer service. Each operator is aware of his or her role and responsibility towards customers, through the timely supply of high quality products and compliance with regulatory requirements. We are committed to implementing and applying a certified Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2016 (medical devices) complying with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of 05 April 2017 relating to medical devices. We carry out continuous quality improvement activities by defining methods and indicators to optimise production processes through: constant investment of resources; monitoring Customer feedback, controlling the quality of suppliers; eliminating non-conformity of products through inspections at the various processing stages and improving processing phases and increasing the skills and involvement of all company resources by encouraging participation and the sharing of objectives.

Dental needle moulding, assembly and packaging: our strength is the finished product

Tecnofar’s Needles division specialises in the production of dental anaesthetic needles, which are manufactured in a 600 square metre ISO 8 clean room in accordance with ISO 14644/1. The entire production cycle is developed in-house by our technicians, with two lines for moulding plastic components and assembling disposable needles, equipped with sophisticated control systems that guarantee a very high level of quality. The in-house packaging plant makes it possible to obtain finished products with customised and ready-to-sterilise packaging.
